1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus of March 23, 2023 No. 15 "About approval of regulations of ministerial procedure" the following changes:
in word preamble "Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 25, 2021 No. 240 "About the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of managing" shall be replaced with words "article 9-1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008 No. 433-Z "About bases of ministerial procedures";
in Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing, according to subitem 3.11.2 "Approval of accomplishment on inland waterways of works on irretrievable extraction of nonmetallic construction materials", approved by this resolution:
in subitem 1.2 of Item 1:
to exclude from the paragraph of the fourth word "of October 28, 2008 No. 433-Z";
the fifth to exclude the paragraph;
in the column "Form and Procedure for Submission of the Document and (or) Data" of part one of Item 2 of the word "by mail" shall be replaced with words "by means of mail service".
