Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of December 21, 2001 No. 178-FZ "About privatization of the state-owned and municipal property" (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 4, Art. 251; 2014, No. 30, Art. 4266; No. 43, Art. 5799; 2015, No. 27, Art. 3971; 2020, No. 31, Art. 5052; 2022, No. 29, Art. 5287; 2023, No. 31, Art. 5796) following changes:

Article 29 to add 1) with Item 8 of the following content:

"8. Features of privatization of the objects of cultural heritage which are subjects of the concessionary agreement are established by article 30.2 of this Federal Law.";

Article 30.2 to add 2) with Item 2.1 of the following content:

"2.1. The concessionary has the privilege to the redemption of subject of the concessionary agreement, stipulated in Item 25 parts 1 of article 4 of the Federal Law of July 21, 2005 No. 115-FZ "About concessionary agreements", after the termination of effective period of such agreement in case of accomplishment of the following conditions:

1) the specified subject of the concessionary agreement is included in the forecast plan (program) of privatization of federal property or the list of federal property which privatization is performed without inclusion in the forecast plan (program) of privatization of federal property for the planning period created and approved according to the procedure, provided by subitems 3.1 and 3.2 of Item 1 of article 6 of this Federal Law, on expiry date of the concessionary agreement;
