About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus of January 21, 2022 No. 9
Based on the paragraph of third of article 9-1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008 No. 433-Z "About bases of ministerial procedures", Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 20, 2013 No. 503, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus of January 21, 2022 No. 9 "About approval of regulations of ministerial procedures in the field of protection of atmospheric air" the following changes:
in Item 1:
in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words the words "according to the subitem" "according to the subitem *";
after the paragraph of the fifth to add Item with the paragraph of the following content:
"The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 6.21.3 "Receipt of the duplicate of permission to emissions of pollutants in atmospheric air" (are attached);";
add Item with the interlinear note of the following content:

* For the purposes of this resolution the subitem is understood as the subitem of Item of the single list of the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of the managing approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 24, 2021 No. 548.";
