1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus of January 21, 2022 No. 9 "About approval of regulations of ministerial procedures in the field of protection of atmospheric air" the following changes:
1.1. to exclude paragraph two of Item 1;
1.2. in Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing, according to subitem 25.13.1 "Receipt of the conclusion (the allowing document) for import to customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union and (or) export from this territory or import to the Republic of Belarus from the territory of state member of the Eurasian Economic Union and (or) export from the Republic of Belarus on the territory of state member of the Eurasian Economic Union included in the single inventory to which measures of non-tariff regulation in trade with the third countries are applied provided by the Protocol on measures of non-tariff regulation concerning the third countries to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 (appendix No. 7), ozone-depleting substances and products containing ozone-depleting substances", approved by this resolution:
