1. Bring in the Rules of state registration of acts of civil status in Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of October 18, 2000 No. 52/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 18, 2000 at No. 719/4940 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of December 24, 2010 No. 3307/5), the following changes:

"19. During pre-judicial investigation and/or judicial proceedings of the copy of assembly records of civil status are issued based on the court order, the investigative judge or in the case provided by part one of Article 615 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine based on the resolution of the head of body of prosecutor's office.

Copies of assembly records of civil status are issued to bodies of the State bureau of investigations, National anti-corruption bureau of Ukraine, Bureau of economic safety of Ukraine, the Security Service of Ukraine (except the cases provided by paragraph one of this Item), and also to notaries based on the written request which is drawn up according to requirements of the legislation containing reasons for its direction with indication of the purpose of receipt of such copies and the reference to the relevant standards of the law granting the right to collect, to store and/or use confidential information on physical person.".
