Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of November 24, 1996 No. 132-FZ "About bases of tourist activities in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 1996, No. 49, Art. 5491; 2007, No. 7, Art. 833; 2012, No. 19, Art. 2281; 2016, No. 10, Art. 1323; 2017, No. 1, Art. 6; 2018, No. 7, Art. 976; No. 17, Art. 2420; No. 24, Art. 3416; 2019, No. 27, Art. 3535; No. 49, Art. 6978; 2021, No. 11, Art. 1710; No. 13, Art. 2134; No. 17, Art. 2879; No. 24, Art. 4188; No. 27, Art. 5146; 2022, No. 22, Art. 3541; 2024, No. 13, Art. 1686; No. 26, Art. 3545; No. 43, Art. 6301) following changes:

1) in Article 1:

a) the paragraph one to state in the following edition:

"The institutes, concepts and terms of the civil, family legislation and other industries of the legislation of the Russian Federation used in this Federal Law are applied in that value in which they are used in these industries of the legislation if other is not provided by this Federal Law. For the purpose of this Federal Law the following basic concepts are used:";

b) in the paragraph the twelfth "hotels and others" to exclude words;

"classification of means of placement - assignment to means of placement of the certain type established by the regulations on classification of means of placement approved by the Government of the Russian Federation and in the presence of the conditions established by the rules of classification of means of placement approved by the Government of the Russian Federation, certain category based on assessment of conformity of means of placement and services provided in them to the requirements established by the specified provision;

classification of ski slopes, classification of beaches - assignment to the ski slope, the beach of the certain category established by the rules of classification of ski slopes, classifications of beaches approved by authorized federal executive body based on assessment of conformity of ski slopes, beaches to the requirements established by these rules;";

h) add with the paragraph the fortieth the following content:

"services of means of placement - hotel services, services of other means of placement including range of services on provision to physical persons of places for temporary residence in means of placement, and also other services in servicing of the physical persons living in means of placement.";

2) in Article 3.1:

a) in paragraph ten shall be replaced with words the word of "hotels" "means of placement";

b) the eleventh to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"establishment of procedure for accreditation and confirmation of competence of the organizations performing classification of means of the placement, classification of ski slopes, classification of beaches (further respectively - the organizations performing classification in the field of the tourist industry, subjects to classification in the field of the tourist industry) including procedure for certification of experts in classification;";

c) in the paragraph the twelfth words "hotels, classification of ski slopes, classification of beaches" shall be replaced with words "in the field of the tourist industry, and also confirmation of competence of the organizations performing classification in the field of the tourist industry";

d) the thirteenth to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"approval of the notification procedure by the organization performing classification in the field of the tourist industry, authorized bodies of the government of subjects of the Russian Federation about the planned implementation of classification of subjects to classification in the field of the tourist industry in the territory of appropriate subjects of the Russian Federation including the list and the description of the data containing in such notification;";

e) the fifteenth - the eighteenth to state paragraphs in the following edition:

"establishment of procedure for forming and maintaining the register of the organizations performing classification in the field of the tourist industry;

establishment of procedure for forming and maintaining the unified register of subjects to classification in the field of the tourist industry;
