About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus
In pursuance of Item 2 of part 1 of article 639 of the Code of civil legal proceedings of the Republic of Belarus the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. and control of living conditions and the education of children in families of adoptive parents in the territory of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 28, 2006 No. 290, to state Item 21 of the Regulations on procedure for transfer of children on adoption (adoption) in the following edition:
"21. Based on determination of court management (department) of education at the place of residence (location) of the adopted child or at the place of residence of the adoptive father (adoptive parents) prepares documents according to the list established regarding the 2nd article 446 of the Code of civil legal proceedings of the Republic of Belarus and the conclusion about justification and about adoption compliance to interests of the child with indication of data on the fact of personal contact of the adoptive father (adoptive parents) with the adopted child.";
1.2. in subitem 5.11 of Item 5 of the Regulations on Department on sanitation and bankruptcy of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2006 No. 967, of the word "the courts considering economic cases" shall be replaced with words "economic courts";
1.3. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 2006 No. 1775 "About the separate amounts which are subject to payment in criminal, civil, administrative and economic processes":
