1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 29, 2019 No. 280 "About approval of Standard rules of realization of mechanisms of price stabilization on socially important food products" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 19123) the following changes and amendments:

"13-2. Within forming of regional stabilization fund of food products financing of agricultural producers and processing enterprises for production of socially important food products is performed using the forward with establishment of fixed price.

Forward financing of agricultural producers and processing enterprises for production of socially important food products is performed on the terms of advance payment in the amount of no more than 70 (seventy) percent from the total amount of the forward agreement and final settlement after delivery of products.

13-3. The amount of the socially important food products acquired within forward agreements is created to 50 percent from three-months requirement of the population (city or general) areas, the cities of republican value, the capital on the basis of regional demand according to the decision of the Commission.";
