Article 1. The sizes of the guaranteed transfer from National fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Approve the following sizes of the guaranteed transfer from National fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the republican budget for 2025 - 2027:

2026 - 2 000 000 000 thousand tenges;
2027 - 2 000 000 000 thousand tenges.
Article 2. Stop-out price sizes
Establish the following sizes of stop-out price on oil on receipts in National fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan from the organizations of oil sector for 2025 - 2027:
2025 - 42, 3 US dollars for barrel;
2026 - 41, 0 US dollar for barrel;
2027 - 39, 4 US dollars for barrel.
Article 3. Procedure for enforcement of this Law
1. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2025.
2. Declare invalid the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the guaranteed transfer from National fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2024 - 2026".
