Based on the paragraph of the sixth of article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of May 10, 2007 "About advertizing" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 225-Z
1. Bring in Regulations on procedure for issue, prolongation of action, renewal and cancellation of permission to the placement of means of outdoor advertizing approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 7, 2021 No. 395, the following changes:
in subitem 29.5 of Item 29:
", except as specified, specified in parts two and third this subitem" to exclude from word part one;
second and third to exclude parts;
in Item 44:
", except as specified, specified in parts two and third subitem 29.5 of Item 29 of this provision" to exclude from subitem 44.6 of the word;
the second subitem 44.14 to exclude part.
2. This resolution becomes effective in 10 days after its official publication.
