Bring in Regulations on features of import of electrical energy in the conditions of legal regime of the warlike situation in Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 27, 2023 No. 1127 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2023, No. 99, Art. 5923; 2024, No. 54, the Art. 3187, No. 75, the Art. 4433), the enclosed changes.

In paragraph one of the subitem 1 of Item 6 of the word and figures "at least 80 percent of total amount of consumption of electrical energy or at least 80 percent" shall be replaced with words also in figures "at least 60 percent of total amount of consumption of electrical energy or at least 60 percent".
