About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 8, 2023 No. 1128

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 8, 2023 No. 1128 "About features of application of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of gas supply (including about state regulation of the prices (rates) in the territories of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhia region and Kherson region" (The Russian Federation Code, 2023, No. 29, the Art. 5440).

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 8, 2023 No. 1128

1. State Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. The prices (rates) in the field of gas supply for the organizations performing regulated types of activity in the field of gas supply in the territories of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhia region and Kherson region till January 1, 2028 are established by executive bodies of the specified subjects of the Russian Federation in the field of state regulation of the prices (rates) according to regulatory legal acts of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhia region and Kherson region, and also decisions of military civil authorities of the Zaporizhia region and Kherson region.

The regulatory legal acts and decisions specified in paragraph one of this Item shall provide establishment as a part of the prices (rates) in the field of gas supply for the organizations performing regulated types of activity in the field of gas supply, investment component on covering of the expenses connected with implementation of regional programs of gasification of housing and communal services, industrial and other bodies of such subjects of the Russian Federation.".
