About modification of the "Rules of issue of the document on encouragement of investments" approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of January 18, 2016 No. 745

In approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of January 18, 2016 No. 745 (Collection of Legal acts of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2016, No. 1, Article 67 (volume I); The Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 171 of August 2, 2024) "Rules of issue of the document on encouragement of investments" to make the following changes:

1. Add with parts 7-1-7-3 following of content:

"7-1. The entrepreneur can address to the Ministry for the purpose of modification of the data specified in the document on encouragement of investments. The change request of information specified in the document on encouragement of investments is considered by the Ministry within 5 working days according to the laws of the Azerbaijan Republic "About licenses and permissions" and "About administrative production". The administrative act adopted by the Ministry about modification of the document on encouragement of investments is submitted to the entrepreneur no later than 2 working days or goes the registered mail.

7-2. The entrepreneur can transfer the project (including the economy and other taxation objects, the rights and obligations connected with this project) to other entrepreneur (further - the new entrepreneur) on whom the document on encouragement of investments is issued. For this purpose the entrepreneur who received the document on encouragement of investments, and the new entrepreneur shall file in the Ministry the joint statement on modification of the document on encouragement of investments together with the following documents:

7-2.1. The documents provided by articles 18.2.1-18.2.4 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About licenses and permissions" (only concerning the new entrepreneur);
