In approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of May 12, 2020 No. 1017 (Collection of the Legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2020, No. 5, Article 542, No. 7, Article 862, No. 9, Article 1151. 2021, No. 12, Article 1398) "Regulations on Public service on property questions under the Ministry of Economics of the Azerbaijan Republic" to make the following changes:
1. In subitem 3.0.16 before the word "state" in the first case to add with words "taking into account article 11.2 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About privatization of state-owned property".
2. In subitem 3.0.45 after the word "improvement" to add with the words "including government assistance to entrepreneurship" and after the word "protection" to add with the words "strengthening of material and technical resources of Service".
