In the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of March 12, 1999 No. 116 "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About lease of land" (Collection of Legal acts of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1999, No. 3, Article 168; 2001, No. 10, Article 640, No. 12, Article 755; 2003, No. 10, Article 577; 2005, Article 1016; 2007, Article 1110; 2014, Article 1418; 2016, Article 254, Article 1818; 2018 No. 6, Art. 1228; 2020 No. 4, of the Art. 1445) to make the following changes to part 2:
