About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 29, 2011 No. 867 and of February 23, 2022 No. 97
Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 29, 2011 No. 867 "About some questions of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food":
in part one of Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution of the word of "21 persons" shall be replaced with words "22 people";
to add appendix 2 to this resolution with Item 14 of the following content:
"14. Experienced Fish Farm Lakhva. open joint stock company;
1.2. include in structure of the board of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food approved according to Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 23, 2022 No. 97, of A. K. Linevich (chairman), A.I.Portny and N. V. Radoman, having excluded from it S. I. Bartosz and D.M.Bogdanovich.
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
