In this Law the following concepts are used:

paragraphs two - the twenty fifth voided

affiliates - the physical persons and legal entities capable to exert impact on activities of the legal and (or) physical persons performing business activity;

affiliates of the legal entity are:

the member of its board of directors (supervisory board) or other collegiate organ of management, the member of its collegiate executive body, and also person performing powers of its sole executive body;

persons belonging to that group of persons to which this legal entity belongs;

persons who have the right to dispose of more than 20 percent of total quantity of the voices falling on voting shares or deposits constituting the authorized or share capital, shares of this legal entity;

the legal entity in whom this legal entity has the right to dispose of more than 20 percent of total quantity of the voices falling on voting shares or deposits constituting the authorized or share capital, shares of this legal entity;

paragraph of the thirty second ceased to be valid
