Make change to Item 27 of the Procedure for the provision of the complex electronic public service "emalyatko" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 11, 2023 No. 853 "Some questions of provision of the complex electronic public service "emalyatko" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2023, No. 79, of the Art. 4496), having replaced in paragraph three of the word "or to the applicant the recommended mailing at the expense of the applicant" with words and figures "or at the place of residence (stay) of the applicant in case of the order of the paid delivery service and to delivery of such documents provided according to Procedure for the provision of paid services of state registration of acts of civil status by departments approved by the order of Ministry of Justice of December 27, 2010 No. 3335/5".
