About modification of the "Standard provision on industrial parks" approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of April 24, 2013 No. 865

Being guided by Item 32 of article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, I decide:

1. Make the following changes to the "Standard provision on industrial parks" approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of April 24, 2013 No. 865 (Collection of Legal acts of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2013, No. 4)., Article 379 (volume I):

1.1. By part 1:

1.1.1. State subitem 1.3.2 in the following edition:

"1.3.2. the organization for management of the industrial park (further - management company) - the legal entity of the state pattern of ownership providing the organization, management and development of activities of the industrial park;";

1.1.2. In subitem 1.3.3 of the word shall be replaced with words "authorized body" "management company";

1.1.3. In subitem 1.3.4-1 after the word "(areas)" to add the word "and (or) building" and to exclude from this subitem the word "operator";

1.2. By part 3:

1.2.1. Exclude from subitem 3.4.2 of the word "state important, international";

1.2.2. Add with Items 3.8 - 3.10 following contents:

"3.8. The management company creates the register of industrial parks, and also their residents and nonresidents (further - the register), provides maintaining this register and regular updating of the data included in the register. The procedure for maintaining the register is determined by competent authority.

3.9. No later than 10 (ten) working days after decision making about creation of the industrial park of the data, the Provisions specified in Item 3.10, are entered in the register by management company.
