Based on Item 3 of Article 301 and article 304 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Belarus the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. No. 437 "About utilization of vehicles" to add the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 1, 2019 with Item 3-2 of the following content:
"3-2. Provisions of Item 3-1 of this resolution are not applied concerning imported (imported) with territory state members of the Eurasian Economic Union of vehicles:
if such vehicles were registered at least one year in state member of the Eurasian Economic Union during any period about day of submission of the document reflecting calculation and payment of utilization collection;
if the seller (supplier) or the buyer of such vehicles specified in the agreement in foreign trade is the representative of manufacturer of vehicles in the territory of the Republic of Belarus specified in approval like the vehicle, and at the same time the payer of utilization collection is the buyer specified in such agreement in foreign trade.".
2. This resolution becomes effective in 10 days after its official publication and extends the action to the relations which arose since July 1, 2024.
