In Item 6.5-1 of the word "The Citizens of the Azerbaijan Republic Who Are Constantly Living in Foreign State" shall be replaced with words "The foreigners and persons without citizenship living in foreign state, the citizens of the Azerbaijan Republic who are constantly living in foreign state and registered in consulates of the Azerbaijan Republic".
