About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 22, 2017 No. 637

Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 22, 2017 No. 637 "About measures for implementation of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About entering of amendments and changes into the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About bases of ministerial procedures" the following changes:

1.1. To be reworded as follows the regulations on procedure for receipt of the unique identifier approved by this resolution it (is applied);

1.2. in Regulations on order of interaction of authorized body with the operator of the nation-wide automated information system, state bodies and other organizations when implementing ministerial procedures electronically through the single portal of electronic services approved by this resolution:

in Item 2:

in the paragraph the second:

after the words "administrative electronic regulations" to add the paragraph with words "implementation of ministerial procedures electronically";

the word "used" shall be replaced with words "provided (received)";

in paragraph four of the word "competent state body" to replace with the word "body regulator";

in Item 5:

state part one in the following edition:

"5. The body regulator develops and approves electronic regulations according to the requirements established by this Provision then informs authorized bodies on conditions of electronic regulations.";

in word part two to "competent state body" to replace with the word to "body regulator";

the second Item 6 to add part with paragraphs of the following content:

"procedure for giving (response) for the statement for implementation of ministerial procedure;

procedure for giving (response) for the administrative claim;

structure of information concerning the ministerial procedure placed in personal electronic account;
