1. 1.2.1. In Item 1.2 and subitem 1.3.1 after the words "rendering services" to add with the words "and also sales of goods in the cases determined by the President of the Azerbaijan Republic";

1.2.2. Add with subitems 1.3.4-1, 5.0.7-2 and 6.0.2-1 of the following content:

"1.3.4-1. the nonresident of the industrial park - the legal entity, or the physical person performing business activity without formation of legal entity, performing the types of business activity determined by competent authority in the industrial park based on the lease agreements of the parcel of land (areas) signed with management company and with the operator for implementation of business activity according to the procedure determined by this Provision;";

"5.0.7-2. approves the list of types of the business activity performed by nonresidents of the industrial park in the territory of the industrial park;";

"6.0.2-1. determines standard form of the lease agreement of the parcel of land (sites) of state-owned property in the territory of the industrial park signed with the nonresident of the industrial park;";
