To add 1) after Article 6 with article of the following content:

"Article 6-1. Monitoring of currency transactions

1. Monitoring of currency transactions (further – monitoring) is carried out for the purpose of establishment of compliance of the performed currency transactions to the foreign exchange legislation of Turkmenistan, assessment of its effectiveness, collection and data analysis about currency transactions.

2. Monitoring is performed by the Central bank of Turkmenistan by data acquisition from residents – participants of currency transactions and agents of currency exchange control.

3. The procedure for carrying out monitoring, data acquisition from residents – participants of currency transactions and agents of currency exchange control (including by means of digital system) is determined by the Central bank of Turkmenistan.";

2) in Article 30:

in the name and part one of the word "Bodies and Agents of Currency Exchange Control" and "bodies and agents of currency exchange control" to replace respectively with the words "Body and Agents of Currency Exchange Control" and "body and agents of currency exchange control";
