About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About public welfare payments in the Kyrgyz Republic"

1) in Article 5:
a) add part 1 with Item 5 of the following content:
"5) monthly allowance to citizens (families) living in the settlements located in the mountain and remote hardly accessible zones in the separate border territories having special status since the birth of third and each subsequent child before achievement of age by them 3 years - "бийик to toolu аймактардын zhashoochularyna lump" (further - monthly allowance "бийик to toolu аймактардын zhashoochularyna lump")".;
b) add with part 4 following of content:
"4. The size, procedure for appointment and payment of monthly allowance "бийик to toolu аймактардын zhashoochularyna lump" affirm the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.";
To add 2) with Article 10-2 of the following content:
"Article 10-2. Purpose of monthly allowance "бийик to toolu аймактардын zhashoochularyna lump"
1. To citizens (families) living in the settlements located in the mountain and remote hardly accessible zones in the separate border territories having special status monthly allowance "бийик to toolu аймактардын zhashoochularyna lump" it is granted since the birth of third and each subsequent child before achievement of age of 3 years by them irrespective of their economic and social situation.
