"6) traffic safety violation - railway incident which is classified according to regulatory legal acts, resulted from variations from the established requirements for traffic safety when implementing transportation process;";
12) to state the subitem in the following edition:
"12) department of authorized body - Committee of road transport and transport control of the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan.";

"6. After receipt of information on violations of traffic safety in the presence of signs of the event which entailed descent of railway vehicles in the passenger train and also the crash or accident, the order of authorized body within five working days creates the Commission under the chairmanship of the representative for investigation. Are part of this Commission the representative for investigation who is official of authorized body, representatives of its territorial subdivisions, participants of transportation process and interested persons.
