About modification of some legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic (in the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About assistance of employment of the population", "About public welfare payments in the Kyrgyz Republic")

Article 1.

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About assistance of employment of the population" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2015, No. 7, the Art. 1017) the following changes:

1) Article 2 to add with Item 22 following of content:

"22) the social contract - the agreement on cross liabilities between needy or needy family (or their group) and territorial subdivision of authorized state body in the field of employment assistance according to which territorial subdivision shall give to family the public assistance family (or their group) shall realize the actions provided by the Program.";

Item 4 of Article 3 to state 2) in the following edition:

2. Receipt of the public assistance based on the social contract is performed only on voluntary basis.
