Article 1. Bring in Article 342 of the Labor code of the Republic of Belarus of July 26, 1999 the following changes:

to state the name of Article in the following edition:

"Article 342. Guarantees for persons in connection with passing of military service, the direction on alternative service";

after part one to add Article with part of the following content:

"But not directed for passing of military service, the right to occupation of former position of the employee (the worker's profession) within 10 calendar days from the date of receipt of military commissariat (separate division) by the employer of the adequate notice is guaranteed to persons dismissed in connection with conscription (Item 1 of Article 44 of this Code).".

Article 2. Bring in the Code of the Republic of Belarus about education of January 13, 2011 the following changes:

1. In Item 1 of Article 1:

add Item with subitem 1.2-1 of the following content:

"1.2-1. business school - the status provided by the Ministry of Economics in coordination with the Ministry of Education in the cases provided by this Code, to organization of education, structural division or separate division of organization of education, other organization which according to the legislation is granted the right to perform educational activities (further - other organization performing educational activities);";

7. In Article 18:

"The status "business school" can be provided to the institution of higher education, organization of additional education of adults, structural division or separate division of institution of higher education, organization of additional education of adults realizing the educational programs of the higher education, additional education of adults directed to forming of knowledge, abilities, skills and competences necessary for accomplishment of management functions in the commercial organizations.";

to exclude from paragraph two of part two of Item 11 of the word "subject and".

8. In Article 19:

add Item 2 with subitem 2.21 of the following content:
