Article 1

1) regarding 1 Article 2:

a) add with Item 9.1 of the following content:

"9. 1) commodity trade system - the organizer of trade who renders services in carrying out the organized biddings only in the goods market based on the license of trade system and which trading volume shall not exceed the numerical measure value of the trading volume established by the regulation of the Bank of Russia in coordination with federal antimonopoly authority taking into account provisions of part 1.1 of article 8 of this Federal Law;";

b) state Item 11 in the following edition:
