About modification of the Budget code of Ukraine concerning implementation of transactions with contingent obligations

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Budget code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, Art. No. 50-51, 572) such changes:

Items 12-1 and 20 of part one of Article 2 to state 1) in the following edition:

"On the credit (I will occupy) 12-1) debt obligation obligation of the borrower to the creditor, arisen owing to placement (issue) of debt securities, the conclusion of credit agreements and/or in the cases established by this Code, implementation of transactions with contingent obligations in case of approach of circumstances according to conditions of such transactions under which creditors can exercise the limited right to demand from the state of return of the loans (loans) which were granted owing to implementation of such transactions";

"20) the state debt - the total amount of debt obligations of the state on return of the obtained and outstanding loans (loans) as of reporting date arising owing to the state borrowing or in the cases established by this Code, implementation of transactions with contingent obligations in case of approach of circumstances according to conditions of such transactions under which creditors can exercise the limited right to demand from the state of return of the loans (loans) which were granted owing to implementation of such transactions";

2) in the Section VI "Final and transitional provisions":

state Item 3-5 in the following edition:

"3-5. The Ministry of Finance of Ukraine performs powers and functions of the Debt agency of Ukraine prior to its functioning";
