Approve the enclosed changes which are made to requirements for respect for transport safety for the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs who are not subjects of transport infrastructure and performing activities on object of transport infrastructure, for the physical persons following or being on objects of transport infrastructure or vehicles, on modes of transport, and also in the safety areas established around separate courts and (or) other watercrafts with the nuclear reactor or courts and (or) other watercrafts, transporting the nuclear materials, objects of transport infrastructure approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 22, 2023 No. 1550 "About approval of requirements for respect for transport safety for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs not being subjects of transport infrastructure and performing activities on object of transport infrastructure, for the physical persons following or being on objects of transport infrastructure or vehicles, on modes of transport, and also in the safety areas established around separate courts and (or) other watercrafts with the nuclear reactor or courts and (or) other watercrafts transporting nuclear materials, objects of transport infrastructure, and about recognition voided some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2023, No. 39, the Art. 7055).
