"10-1.8. The earth of agricultural purpose in the territories of the Azerbaijan Republic exempted from occupation are leased to subjects of entrepreneurship by means of investment tenders according to the procedure, determined by the body (structure) established by relevant organ of the executive authority.
10-1.9. The earth of agricultural purpose in the territories of the Azerbaijan Republic exempted from occupation, located near settlements within borders of rural and settlement territorial units in which the population is placed, are leased to residents of the village and settlement (for one-year or long-term cultivation) on favorable terms according to the procedure, determined by the body (structure) established by relevant organ of the executive authority.".
