Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. In the Traffic regulations of the Russian Federation approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers - the Governments of the Russian Federation of October 23, 1993 No. 1090 "About traffic regulations" (Collection of acts of the President and the Government of the Russian Federation, 1993, No. 47, Art. 4531; Russian Federation Code, 2008, No. 8, Art. 741; 2013, No. 5, Art. 404; 2018, No. 1, Art. 359; 2020, No. 14, Art. 2098; 2022, No. 41, Art. 7100):

a) to add Item 3.4 after the paragraph of third with the paragraph of the following content:

"movement of heavyweight vehicles in case of which according to these rules departure from requirements of route signs 3.4, 3.11 - 3.13 is allowed;";

b) to replace paragraph two of Item 3.5 with the text of the following content:

"Drivers of large-size vehicles with the switched-on flashing indicator of yellow or orange color in the presence of special permission to movement on highways of the heavyweight and (or) large-size vehicle, the stipulated in Article 31 Federal Law "About Highways and about Road Activities in the Russian Federation and about Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation", and also transport drivers with the switched-on flashing indicator of yellow or orange color, the heavyweight and (or) large-size vehicles performing maintenance with the switched-on flashing indicator of yellow or orange color in the presence of the specified special permission, can depart from requirements of road marking on condition of traffic safety.
