Being guided by Items 19 and 32 of article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, in connection with entry into force of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of November 7, 2024 No. 66-VIIQD "About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About lease of land" for the purpose of ensuring implementation of this Law, I decide:
8. In the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of March 12, 1999 No. 116 "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About lease of land" (Collection of Legal acts of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1999, Article 168 No. 3 (volume I of 2024, No. 6 (the Book I), the Art. 665, No. 8, of the Art. 938) to make the following changes:
8.1. In Item 2.1 of the word "and 10-1.7" shall be replaced with words "10-1.7, 10-1.8 and 10-1.9";
8.2. Add with Item 2.1-1 of the following content:
"2.1-1. in article 10-1.8 of this Law "body (organization)" means the President of the Azerbaijan Republic;";
8.3. In Item 2.6 shall be replaced with words the word "in Article" "and in Articles 10-1.9".
