These rules establish procedure for placement of the data containing in the register of controlled persons, on the Internet, structure of the placed data, and also procedure for provision of information on availability (about absence) the information about the foreign citizen or the person without citizenship (further - the foreign citizen) in the register of controlled persons.

2. The information about the foreign citizen containing in the register of controlled persons is placed the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation which is the operator of the register of controlled persons (further - the operator), on the official site of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation on the Internet (further - the website).

3. The following data containing in the register of controlled persons, confirming availability (absence) of information on the foreign citizen in this register are posted on the website:

a) surname, name, middle name (in the presence);

b) birth date;
