About modification of some legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning health care

Article 1.

Bring in the Criminal code of the Kyrgyz Republic (the newspaper of "Erkin-limited liability partnership" of November 16, 2021 No. 122-133) the following changes:

1) in Article 147:

a) in part 1:

c) in part 3:

- the paragraph one after the words "Same Act" to add with the words "done especially severe harm on imprudence or";

- in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words the words "for a period of up to three years" "for a period of up to five years";

Article 152 to state 2) in the following edition:

"Article 152. Illegal medical or pharmaceutical activities

1. The medical or pharmaceutical activities performed without license (permission) which obligation of obtaining is provided by the law, and equally illegal medical activities performed by person who does not have medical education, entailed considerable harm on imprudence -

are punished by penalty from 500 to 2000 settlement indicators or imprisonment up to two years.

2. The same acts which entailed severe harm on imprudence -

are punished by imprisonment from two to five years.
