About modification of the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of March 31, 2022 No. 172 "About special procedure for execution by foreign buyers of obligations to the Russian suppliers of natural gas"

a) ruble accounts for transfer of means in the rubles arriving from foreign buyers for the purpose of payment of supply of natural gas;

b) ruble and currency accounts for transfer of means in rubles and foreign currency when implementing calculations, stipulated in Item 8(1) these Decrees.";

c) add with Item 7 (2) the following content:

"7(2). The foreign buyer for the purpose of payment of supply of natural gas makes money transfer in rubles into the ruble account opened by the Russian supplier in authorized bank.";

d) add with Item 7 (3) the following content:

"7(3). Into the ruble account opened by the Russian supplier in authorized bank transfer of means by authorized bank in the rubles arriving from the third parties for the purpose of payment by the foreign buyer of supply of natural gas is allowed.";

e) add with Item 7 (4) the following content:
