In compliance the Federal Law "About Legal Status of Foreign Citizens in the Russian Federation" Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Determine for 2025 the need for involvement of the foreign workers arriving to the Russian Federation based on the visa in number of 234958 people.

2. Determine that realization of need for involvement of the foreign workers arriving to the Russian Federation based on the visa is performed according to distribution on priority vocational groups according to appendix.

3. Approve for 2025 quotas for issue to the foreign citizens arriving to the Russian Federation based on the visa:

234958 invitations to entry into the Russian Federation for the purpose of implementation of labor activity;

234958 work permits.
