About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 16, 2004 No. 714 and of October 8, 2015 No. 839

Based on paragraphs of the third and fifth of Article 6, parts one of article 19-1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 5, 2009 No. 10-Z "About commodity exchanges" and parts one of subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 14, 2006 No. 577 "About some questions of activities of the open joint stock company "Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange" Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in Item 3 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 16, 2004 No. 714 "About measures for development of stock exchange trading at commodity exchanges":

to add part one after paragraph two with the paragraph of the following content:

"the subjects of managing which are not specified in the paragraph the second to this part, in case of acquisition of reinforcing hire *, the 70th list included in Items 55-57, 59, of 69, happening from the territory of the Republic of Belarus for the purposes of wholesale trade;
