About modification of Item 6 of the Procedure for decision making on registration/refusal of registration of tax delivery notes / calculations of adjustment in the Unified register of tax delivery notes

According to Item 20.2 of Article 20 of the Section I of the Tax code of Ukraine and the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, I ORDER:

1. In paragraph one of Item 6 of the Procedure for the decision making on registration/refusal in registration of tax delivery notes / calculations of adjustment in the Unified register of tax delivery notes approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of December 12, 2019 No. 520, of the word "emergence of the tax liability reflected in tax delivery note" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 13, 2019 at No. 1245/34216, shall be replaced with words "creation of tax delivery note".

2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of tax policy of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

3. This order becomes effective in 15 days from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the Deputy Minister of Finance of Ukraine Vorobey S. I. and Chairman of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine.
