ESTABLISHED:
On September 1, 1994 at the discretion of the Constitutional Court proceeedings about constitutionality of the regulations of the labor law limiting time of payment of induced truancy in case of wrongful dismissal and satisfaction of other monetary claims of workers were initiated (the Art. of the Art. 218, of 225, 225-1 LABOUR CODE of the Republic of Belarus).
On November 11, 1994 the Supreme Council of the Republic of Belarus adopts the Law "About Modification and Amendments of the Legislation on Work" which excludes articles 225 and 225-1 LABOUR CODES of the Republic of Belarus, and in parts one and the second article 218 LABOUR CODE the words "but it is no more than in two years" are excluded.
Because after initiation of proceeedings and preparation it to hearing changes which exclude the regulations limiting time of payment of induced truancy in case of wrongful dismissal and satisfaction of other monetary claims of workers were made to the labor law, the Constitutional Court considers that the bases for substantive prosecution disappeared.
