About modification of article 169 of the Tax Code of Ukraine concerning loss of the right to tax social benefit in case of deprivation of person of the state award of Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Paragraph two of subitem 169.3.3 of Item 169.3 of article 169 of the Tax Code of Ukraine (2011, 112) to state sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to Art. No. No. 13-17, in the following edition:

"Provision of the tax social benefit provided by subitems "v" - "е" subitem 169.1.3 and subitem 169.1.4 of Item 169.1 of this Article, stops since the tax month following after month in which the taxpayer lost or is deprived of the status determined in these subitems".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine within one month from the date of entry into force of this Law:

provide adoption of the regulatory legal acts necessary for implementation of this Law;

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide review and reduction by the ministries and other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
