About introduction of amendments to the Law on the status of the military personnel No. 162/2005

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. – In the Law on the status of the military personnel No. 162/2005 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, Art. No. 129-131, 618), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. The changes made by this Item belong only to the text in Romanian.

2. In Article 14:

in part (the words "can join annual leave." shall be replaced with words 2) "joins annual paid leave.";

in Item c) parts (6) words "compulsory annual leave," shall be replaced with words "annual paid leave,";

4. Add Article 17 with part (3-1) following of content:

"(3-1) for the purposes of accomplishment of service duties the military personnel has the right to free pass by all types of road transport in the local/municipal message (except taxi).".

5. Changes in part (4) Article 19 treat only the text in Romanian.

6. In part (8) Article 28 of the word of "55-day charges", shall be replaced with words "charges lasting up to 55 days,".

7. In Article 29:
