About modification of article 36 of the Law on social integration of persons with limited opportunities No. 60/2012

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. – Part (2-1) articles 36 of the Law on social integration of persons with limited opportunities No. 60/2012 (2012, 508), with subsequent changes, to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 155-159, in the following edition:

"(2-1) State partially subsidize public association "Information and rehabilitation center of blind persons of Moldova", public association "Republican recreation center of deafs of Moldova" and public association "Society of disabled people of the Republic of Moldova" for activities of the Center for assembly and repair (maintenance) of wheelchairs for the purpose of assistance of realization by the relevant societies of measures for social integration of persons with limited opportunities.".

Art. II. – To the government in two-month time from the date of publication of this law in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to bring the regulations into accord with it.
