About modification of some regulations (about electronic form of the order of the lawyer)
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. – Part (6) article 244 of the Tax Code No. 1163/1997 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of February 8, 2007), with subsequent changes to state in the following edition:
"(6) Powers of the lawyer are confirmed by the order of the lawyer.".
Art. II. – In the Law on legal profession No. 1260/2002 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, No. 159, of the Art. 582), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
1. Add Article 1 with part (3) the following content:
"(3) the Professional holiday "Day of the Lawyer" is celebrated annually on September 9.".

3. Part (Article 60 to state 2) in the following edition:
"(2) Powers of the lawyer and the lawyer-trainee are confirmed by the order. The order can be constituted on paper or in electronic form, signed by the qualified digital signature, according to provisions of the Law on electronic identification and confidential services No. 124/2022. The form of the order is the document of the strict reporting. Content, form and procedure for use of the order affirm the Government.".
Art. III. – Item 3) parts (7) Article 70 of the Code of penal procedure of the Republic of Moldova No. 122/2003 (repeated publication: 2013, 699), with subsequent changes to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 248-251, in the following edition:
"3) order of the lawyer.".
