O modification of the Order of the Government No. 360/1996 about the state control of quality in construction and recognition voided the Orders of the Government No. 285/1996 about approval of the Regulations on acceptance of construction works and equipment in place

Based on Item b) parts (6) article 390 of the Town-planning and construction code No. 434/2023 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2024, Art. No. 41-44, 61), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 360/1996 about the state control of quality in construction (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1996, Art. No. 49-50, 415), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1.1. in all text of the resolution, and also appendices No. 1 and 3:

"The law of the Republic of Moldova No. 721-XIII from on February 2, 1996 about quality in construction" in any grammatical form to replace the text with the text "Town-planning and construction code No. 434/2023" in the corresponding grammatical form;

the words "National Authority on Management in Construction" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words "The central industry body in the field of construction" in the corresponding grammatical form;

1.2. in Item 2 of the resolution of the word "The state inspection in construction" shall be replaced with words "National inspectorate for technical supervision";

1.3. in all text of appendices No. 1 and 3 to replace the word "controller" in any grammatical form with the word "inspector" in the corresponding grammatical form;

1.4. in appendix No. 1:
