No. 341-342, 603) DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 1167/2008 about approval of the Regulations on procedure for establishment and payment of social benefit (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 189, of the Art. 1173), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

Item 1-2 of the resolution to state 1) in the following edition:

"1-2. Considering the rate of inflation for the end of previous year expressed by growth of consumer prices in December of the same year in comparison with the same month of prior year, constituting % 4,2, since April 1, 2024 the level of the minimum guaranteed monthly income is indexed according to coefficient of indexation of 1,0420 and after indexation constitutes:

a) on the adult – 1 634 leu;

b) on the child – 1 700 lei.";

2) in the Provision:

a) state Item 17-3 in the following edition:

"17-3. Monthly the chief of territorial structure of the public assistance based on decisions publishes and signs the order on provision/refusal in the provision/termination of the right to social benefit. Lists of payments and the register of the lists containing number of receivers and the added amount are published by the chief of territorial structure of the public assistance and signed by the chief of territorial agency of the public assistance. In case of municipium of Chisinau and ATO Gagauzia lists of payments and the register of the lists containing number of receivers and the added amount are published and signed by the chief of territorial structure of the public assistance.";
