About change of some Orders of the Minister of Finance

According to Article 11 of h (2) Law on financial accounting No. 113-XVI/2007 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 27-34, 61) and with Article 20 of h (1) the Law on public finances and budget and tax responsibility No. 181/2014 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, 518), with subsequent changes, I ORDER to Art. No. 223-230,:

1. In the Order of the Ministry of Finance No. 215/2015 on approval of methodological regulations of cash execution of the budgets constituting the national public budget and extrabudgetary funds through the Single treasurer account of the Ministry of Finance:

The text of "The law on the digital signature and the electronic document No. 91/2014" to replace 1) in Item 4.2.3.17 with the text of "The law on electronic identification and confidential services No. 124/2022";

2) in appendices to Methodological regulations of cash execution of the budgets constituting the national public budget and extrabudgetary funds through the Single treasurer account of the Ministry of Finance the FE-024 Form "Cash flow statement" to change and provide in the new edition according to appendix No. 1.

2. In the Order of the Ministry of Finance No. 216/2015 on approval of the Chart of accounts of budget accounting and Methodological regulations of the organization of financial accounting and the financial reporting of budget bodies / budgetary institutions the FD-043 Form "Cash flow statement" to change and provide in the new edition according to appendix No. 2.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
