About modification of Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
Bring in the Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 18, 2007 No. 950 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 54, Art. 2180; 2011, No. 88, Art. 3199; 2021, No. 1, the Art. 46), the enclosed changes.

1. The paragraph one of Item 3 § 33 to state in the following edition:
"3. At the request of the Prime Minister, the First vice-Prime Minister, the vice-Prime Minister, and also the minister who does not head the ministry preparation of the draft of the act of the Cabinet of Ministers introduced to the Cabinet of Ministers by the specified official is performed by the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers. The draft of the act on questions which are within the competence of the Vice-Prime Minister concerning the European and Euro-Atlantic integration prepares the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers. Such draft of the act can prepare the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers only on the questions which are not within the competence of the ministries and other central executive bodies. The chief developer of such draft of the act is the cabinet minister who introduces the draft of the act to the Cabinet of Ministers.".
