About recognition voided some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine
According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of updating of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:
1) the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of November 26, 2010 No. 514 "About single questions of activities of banks", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 15, 2010 at No. 1263/18558;
2) the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of July 23, 2020 No. 104 "About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of June 04, 2020 No. 73";
3) the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of May 18, 2021 No. 40 "About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of June 04, 2020 No. 73".
2. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
